fights efficiently.
Does not AFK, ask for pots and the like.

Friendly, doesn't care about being a 'pro', doesn't wear obnoxious flashy-dyed clothes in dungeon.
Polite and can spell words properly.
Doesn't pull out their thoroughbred to rush through to the next room, unless everyone else has one.
Knows how to hold their own against mobs in dungeon, and knows the difference between messing up someone's combo and helping them finish off something faster. Doesn't get party members killed with their bad tactics.
Isn't the kind to rush to the red spider in Alby4.
If they have to go afk in the middle of the dungeon, they actually say, "be right back," and don't just sit on the floor.
They don't need to be able to 1HKO everything, but they do need to know how to use their skills effectively.

Someone who knows their limits (Total level 50 with nothing but combat mastery ranked up and using daggers going into Ciar int for 4). In other words, they only go on dungeon runs they know they can handle.
Bragging is really annoying, and commenting on people not being as strong/efficient as them annoys me to.
If they talk, proper grammar.
If they pass all that, I'm fine with them.

This.
Other than that. I do not care.
I enjoy carrying people through dungeons. It's fun.

I ran well over 200-300 dungeons in my red flashied slender robe.
I object.
I Will Remake MY ROBE Again.

Knows how to not die. Not a burden, but able to support effectively, or tank efficiently.
That, that is a good party member.
(Of course without any of the dickishness.)

Totally. I think skills/damage doesn't matter, as long as they try and know how, as Chiri said.

I like having those people who aren't better than you but brag more than anyone else and die in the funniest ways.
He's a good party member because he provides bonus exp for the feathers you use and is usually the first to rush into a mob and attract the aggro.

Not really.
I see it as someone who knows when to give to and take from the team. Simple things like healing up a party member or covering up for weaker team mates while not disrupting attacks as much as possible helps a lot. And allowing others in the team to help them when possible.

A good party member protects his friends from dying if he or she can.
I've Charged at an enemy chasing my party member in Deadly many times and I've helped them from dying.
Then again, they could have used Play Dead or something.
But yeah, I like saving people from deaths. :)

Someone who isn't annoying, and fights to survive. Brings feathers, and doesn't die often.
