Has to do with the number of channels KR servers have. I know they at least have 13+ per server, I think they just forsaw 25 as the most they'd ever need.

As far as i remember, there's only one artist that ever did that. Source isn't exactly the most appropriate so censored all dialogue, dunno if they're saying something that isn't suitable for minors :I
