production always gave xp, just a really small amount. these numbers seem to be a boost, which is good.

Beforehand, production would only give exp if whatever you were making gave skill training, since skill training exp gives regular exp.
This time, it gives that, as well as these new bonuses.
And I'm willing to bet cooking doesn't get exp, but lemme test it.
Edit: Yeah, Cooking doesn't give production exp. :P

so yeah
crush HAS to be ****ing pissed
smithing alone is probably MILLIONS of xp per rank
Just did a few calcs; 1 to master for carp is 360,000 for the fines, carp is 165k, unknown for the x-bows, and a MINIMUM of 2m to finish the fine grades, assuming you get a godly every attempt, so realistically 20m, since I recall crush getting a godly every, uh, 10 attempts?

*drool*
on that thought, making a pure life skills character would be semi-feasible now, since you get a good amount of exp
not that I swould do that, but yeah...

Sucks for those who have capped life skills.

So if I had not wasted my time playing mabi for 2 years and joined today I could have just skipped boring battles and got exp doing what I originally wanted to do in the game? Thanks nexon.

Remember, Production EXP still applies even if you mastered a Life skill.
It's meant not only for training, but as a reward for actually doing Life skills for whatever other purposes.

I still don't get how people can complain about the game getting better, just because it sucked before and you still played it.
This doesn't suck for anyone, capped lifeskills or brand new newbie. Last saturday no one got exp for production skills. Today people do. Everyone benefits from this equally. All this means now is that when you spend a hour or two doing some lifeskills, be it for training them or to produce some goods, you don't lose out as much exp compared to what you could have been gaining grinding missions.
This rewards you for spending your time playing mabi other than mindlessly grinding. This is a step away from grindinogi, and a step towards fantasy life. Stop complaining about -good- changes.

Nobody's complaining, except in the sense that this should have been in the game on beta
