  Juno asked if a mana cost was bad. I was offering a comparison to stamina costs he/she might be more familiar with. MP costs of other spells are not particularly relevant to what I was showing.
  
  And I never said anything about costs versus your personal max MP, but costs versus price of mp. After looking around the shops a bit, it seems price of mp pots hasn't changed much during this first week or so of g13. SO yeah. the maintenance costs involved in running hailstorm could be comparable to 600-900 stamina still. Rate how effective it is in clearing things out of your way compared to what you could do for that much stama potions used.
