  I'm sure they have a time limit on when they can be cashed in, so I'm guessing when the time passes it'll "rot."

  You have to get the enchant off the sword first via burning. A rank 1 enchanter has a 75-81% chance of doing that successfully if they use high grade firewood and have a high campfire rank. Rank F has only a 25% chance.
  
  Then, since it's a rank 6 enchant, you need to take your cylinder and enchant it with a rank A, then 9, the 8, then 7 and then the Arch Lich enchant. And the higher the rank of the scroll, the lower the probabilities for success go, starting from 90% and dropping down. To me, enchanting is a pain in the ass, and if you're looking to get the arch lich on a cylinder to get the -250 cp, it's easier to just get -cp armor.

  Arc Lich Enchant is available to be enchanted regardless of previous enchant rank.
  Chances are you will succeed burn with r1 enchanter, but make sure you have a back up, and 3 or 4 cylinders to put it on, so you don't have to keep running back and forth between whever you are and tailteann to get more cylinders, thus making the enchanter wait for you.
  
  Or you could just buy an Arc Lich Cylinder, and sell your sword?

  The two above me pretty much summed it up, as for finding an enchanter, Pixnet has been doing r1 burning/enchanting for a few weeks now and should be able to help you. He usually does his burns at nights though. If not him, it shouldn't be too hard to find a decent enchanter to burn it for you.

  Uh, could be that it originally had 16 dura instead of just 15. Not sure what the outcomes for Wing bows on Synthesis is though.

  Ok so "what should I rank next" questions go here right?
  
  I'm an elf with r1 ranged, bow mastery, and wm, r3 crit (working on that atm), rE final shot, and rF crash shot and magnum. So what should I be working on next? I also have r8 combat, should I be working on that perhaps for versatility + hp?

  I cant exactly tell if your mag is rank 1 or not but if it isnt rank it asap. Crash shot>Final shot in terms of use. I think people usually get final shot for dex and the title.
