Aren't there cost efficient things?
Or should I just use seals to bypass the whole damn thing?
With the current events and skill boosts available the cost/time for seals is not worth it.

A bit of background because I think my question might come off as abstract.
I know that attack speed sets have no hand in determining which weapons can double bash, because in reality any weapon can double bash. However, not everyone might know that weapons bash at significantly slower rates when the weapon is slow. For example, within a 10 second frame a normal weapon will pull off 15 or 14 bashes, while a slow weapon will only pull off 10 bashes in the same time. Keep in mind this IS with double bash. I wanted to know if the change in attack speed from slow to normal due to attack speed set would translate into bashing speeds. I recently recruited a fiend with an attack speed set and slow weapons to see if his improved speed would let him bash as fast if he was using normal weapons, but that didn't turn out to be the case. He was still bashing at a slow attack speed instead of a normal attack speed, even with the attack speed set on.
I wonder if this is intended, as things in NA might not reflect what should be. finally, my real question:
Do attack speed sets affect bashing RATE of weapons in KR?

No. Bash is working as intended in NA server. Many answers in the questions regarding KR server answer the question as well:

Is it still worth to invest in Dragon Fang and/or Demonic Death penalty Blade (demonic 2handed) or the fanatic greatsword greatly outmatches them? I am not only talking about bash-wise but damage in general.

It was never worth to invest in those weapons in the first place. Only reason you'd invest in something besides lances or Fanatic as a 2h weapon is because the weapon is pre-reforged, which is only the HLC in this case. Where melee is right, not only for bash but in all general purposes, there really is no reason to get Dragon Fan or the Demonic 2h sword whatsoever.

Your question was answered, but I'm glad to see more people are aware of this.
I posted in the renovation thread a while back about the bashing refire and attack speeds, but no one really paid much attention to it.
I still see people recommending slower weapons just because they can double bash, entirely disregarding that weapons of faster level will have more DPS. Fast > Normal > Slow >>> Very Slow.
Yes, I'm looking at the people still recommending Fanatic 2h as a bash weapon instead of CRK for humans.

they're just a pet that follows you like a doll bag. each look different and rarer from the gacha hence the price differences.
What should i rank first? carpentry, Fh, sword mastery, dual wield mastery or bash?
Carpentry 9
FH rank 9
bash 8
sword mastery 8
dual wield rF

Is it possible to get magic attack reforge on gloves? I remember back then where it showed on wiki but I never found out if it was a speculation.

I'd say FH because of how powerful that skill is.

No, you can't. I'm not sure if it still shows on wiki. If it does, someone should remove it.

Technically you can, since weaving gloves are considered a life skill tool and can get max attack/magic attack reforges. Can't be repaired though.....

where lightning will strike down resulting in items appearing.
Isit a skill or a special effect? What is it called?

It's part of the family system. I'll quote the wiki on all relevant notes:
Family Custom
As head of the household, one may decide to add a Family Custom. A Family Custom is a rule that all the family members have to follow.
There are ten different customs to choose from:
Waste Not, Want Not
Our family works hard to acquire wealth. We squander nothing, because every little bit adds up. (Don't Drop Items. Items dropped on Altars do not count)
If you break the family custom, a message will appear on your screen and thunder will strike down and blacken your body.
The thunder will do no damage.
The blackening effect is temporary.
If you break the family custom more than 100 times, you will be labeled as the one who broke the custom "more than 100 times."
By clicking the family custom in the Family Tree you can see how many times each family member has broken the family custom.
You must wait until 12:00am PST to change the family custom.

Depends on your budget, but if you're as cheap as me then the following would be a decent option:
Armor: Innocent
or Special / Glass Fragment
or Darkness
Gaunt: Expansive
or Corundum
or Classic / Swarming (is a bit expensive but there aren't many options)
Boots: Corundum / Hawk
or Camo
or Butterfly (also a bit expensive)
If you have money or if you can get them: use Solo, Oblivion, Symbolic, Backbreaking, Seething, Steel Needle, Long-lasting, Burlesque, Daunting, and/or Champion instead.
