  Pile up the dead foxes in Tir Chonail with finish rules is the easiest way. Or spiders. Abusing the "anyone can finish" finish rule is the best way, whatever you decide to train on.

  This is the other method.
  
  On the second quest, fail the mission on purpose by killing the guards, and attack the barrier spikes mindlessly. It will get you into deadly but doesn't matter since nothing will attack you, but you still have to eat a tendering potion.

  SCC with crisis and finish rule was the method I found was efficient. Always spawn issues with foxes/coons and the issue of other people.

  Step 1: Have a proffing alt (keep one of them old)
  Step 2: Pick a spot.
  
  Spikes cost tendering pots, but are fast and easy.
  Kitchen dungeon is slow because of constant knockdown, but auto-combat allows for AFK proffing (isolate 1 against a wall far from the rest, ideally behind the fork).
  Slapping easy girg endlessly in the butt is fast and free, but requires effort to manage avoiding hits healing his mineral hails.
  
  Step 3: Thursday? Depends on how much you care about efficiency vs needing the item now.

  Last week x2 combat was unintentionally on because of the vates x2, and if I recall correctly medicine too on the 1st week because of Merlin.

  Doesn't look like they set it for any combo talents this time.
  
  In fact, despite this rebirth being a free "Professor J", there's no bonus to alchemy, so I'm only getting 2x... bleh.

  However, that's not very effective when you have to fully charge Lightning Rod when they have instant aggro, erratic movements, and Lullaby not being instantaneous and has a sleep limit per pulse.
