MABINATION SMALL QUESTIONS THREAD

As always, group clearing has pretty high priority.

    FH vs. BASH vs. WM

What order do you recommend to rank first?

Windmill because it is more heavily CP-dependent than the other two skills.

FH can be trained easily due to its huge 400% damage bonus--CP doesn't really matter with it. just go to Other Alchemists on HM if you're relatively low on CP to train it; monsters should die within a couple of hits. Use -CP equipment if this is not sufficient.

Bash is easiest to train since all you need to do is equip gathering knives and enter Episode 7's Tense Escape or Provocation. For actual mob kills, I recommend using your OWN barrier spikes

There been rumors(?) that Champion es drops from mammoth. Just wondering if this is true or not :o Doesn't say anything on it wiki and i heard all the ES from WD comes from other raid bosses.

I can confirm that this is not the case from foreign sources.

Enchants from WD can appear from other bosses (Solo, Used, Tournai to be specific), and some will not (notably Burlesque and Back Breaking).

Speaking of Back Breaking, there's also been reports from foreign sources, especially after the Alban update, that it drops from Alban Hard and Heroic. There have been supposedly drops from Cave and Convoy as well.

Maybe you were looking at Daunting?

Nevermind, you right. The names in Korean are similar so I got confused for a sec.

Although, I don't think many people know that it's been reported to come from Cave as well, which might make the mission worth to run after all.

How do I train Crisis Escape? It says to train it I need to successfully use the skill, but when I use it, doing that doesn't help fulfill the requirement for me.

You have to have aggro drop from you for it to count. If im wrong correct me please.

Okay, well maybe I haven't been using the skill enough around monsters then. Sounds like it can only be "successfully" used when it affects a monster. Thanks! :)

Other than looks, are the "Abyss Dragons" diffetent from the bone dragons? Like, do they apply the debuff, drop chips when dead and have the same inventory space?

Also works if the monster noticed you, but didn't actually aggro you.

Simply put, Brown Foxes at Tir work as well for training just as long as they have that single red exclamation point

I can confirm the debuff and the inventory space, but not too sure about the chips since I never had it die. Lemme try it real quick.

EDIT: Just killed it; yes, it drops a chip

Double Edit: No one answered my question regarding Gloomy drop from Episode 5 box on Bonus and Non-Bonus days D:

    Oh, thank you.

As for the rate od obtaining a Gloomy, Ive never seen the actual percentage anywhere but from my experience I can tell is very low compared to Demonic Lances and Demonoc Bars. Im actually on a infinite(seems so) journey to get 8-10 gloomies from EP5 so I can spam my Allegro ES as I dont want to buy protection pots, have only gotten 1 so far from many runs.

    Another question:

Is there an faster way to train ShadowCloak? The skill is easy enough to train but the training counts and the CD after rank5 makes it a 21 hour grind to rank1... not even smokescreen takes that long (time wise)

Shadow cloak is the worst skill out of the entire set, unless you brionac it be ready to just stand next to raccoons and tap it once a minute for 20 hours, even with 8x exp it was shit

Theres a Ninja exp stone for alban? If thete is I must spam whatever drops it, because this is so borong and grinding. And I was thinking on brionac SakuraAbyss due to its cd but if it gives a considerable amount of training im gonna start with shadowcloak instead. Thanks

    @Intimacy I can totally tell q.q

Sakura abyss isn't too bad to train imo, every 5 minutes you enter lingering darkness hardmode without any gear, run up to the barricades, use lullaby and then sakura for some really easy exp, shadow cloak is kinda like, here 1 minute cd, 70x the grind of sakura abyss, and you'd better use it on cooldown or it'll never get ranked.
