  It doesn't, but there's inspiring/excellent effect reforges too.
  
  You can do up to 59.85% inspiring with all implemented buffs (which technically becomes 71.82% if bone chip or weapon power pot is used). There's also 6 potential new music buff points if we get them in future gacha.
  
  Needless to say, the people reaching 55~59% inspiring have double reforge on their gloomy and that's pretty much just winning the lottery.

  Bard enchants (excluding Ensemble on gloomy) are all very easily obtainable. Even then, the effect of enchants is small compared to the effect of reforges.
  
  Bard is entirely reforge reliant.

  Also for GM bard, it's really worth considering the effectiveness. I mean, you can get up to 39% normal BFO without GM bard, and that's still excluding normal performance effect reforges. You benefit from the most when you have few stats near cap/damage to back it up. Otherwise, I don't think it's worth it.

  meh, its not something im going to get finished anytime soon, its technically more of a long term plan that i intend to slowly work on bits and pieces as i fill out my other stuff
  
  however, i do know that some of the enchants are good for the buff duration too

  When people make those basic +Str/Int caterings, what do they typically use? I'm assuming just 10 of some store-bought dishes, but where do they buy them? The guy beside Gordon sells some dishes, but those don't seem potent enough for that 150+ Int/Str

  the Reforging Restoration Tool, has anyone actually seen this thing in the trade imp's shop before? its page on the wiki (which may or may not be accurate) says that's where it can be found and id assume it'd appear in the limited items tab, but ive never actually seen it there before so either its uber rare or its not actually able to be found there, right?
