  Yeah... like people have said before, one of these isn't going to kill you. I knocked back one about a year ago, and I was just dandy. People die from being stupid with alcohol all the time, and 4Loko doesn't deserve the bad rep it's getting.

  One wont kill you but caffeine will make your brain more alert and less drunk. Alcohol will impair you nevertheless.
  It creates an illusion that you are less drunk and therefore more likely to drink beyond your limitation.
  
  Additionally, theres been a large number of cases involving caffeine alcohol leading to heart attacks. Not enough study exists to back this up but its common enough where you should probably keep an eye on the idea.
