I really don't like higher level people in Vindictus. I think 90% of them are very rude and arrogant. For example, I was level 43. I joined a blood lord run. Then this Lann says "Kick all 43'd." I was like OMGWTFBBQ!?!?! I'm ONE level behind, and I have to be kicked??? >>
They're also always complaining about bad hosts, which I understand, but they way they do it is rude and demeaning. I myself never host parties because I know my connection isn't good enough to, but one time during a White tyrant's challenge the leader mysteriously vanished, and I was made leader since I was 2nd in the party. Then someone said "lol worst connection ever" and left. Didn't have to be such a butt about it, it isn't like I was the original host. Then just earlier I joined another blood lord run, and we started out pretty laggy, but for some reason the beginning room is always laggier than the boss room for me. But all the people said was "laggy," "bad host," blahblahblah. Then when we finished, one of them told the leader to never host again. I honestly didn't see much of a difference in the lag, except for the beginning room (I always lag anyway).
Aside from the bad host stuff, I got camped by the blood lord in a run I did earlier, and this one Lann said "lmao" from afar. And then in one run, a Lann totally didn't even give anyone a chance to set up a campfire, and his excuse was people try to repair and then die and waste revs. Really...? I have seen that happen maybe once or twice, but it isn't a common enough occurrence to keep people from obtaining some bonuses.
But really, why are higher level people so mean?

Well, for the lag/hosting part, I suppose if you play Vindictus long enough, that part of the game can really drive people crazy. It is one of the major flaws of Vindictus.
Your question should have been, "why are some people so mean?". There are mean and nice players in both high/mid/low levels.

Except for the fact that from all the higher level people I've been with, "I think 90% of them are very rude and arrogant."
Just like I pretty much hate Lann's because of the one's whom I've encountered.

They aren't all mean. Some people let their epeen get out of control, and they feel superior to anyone lower than them. It doesn't only apply to Vindictus, it applies to everything. Even real life.
Best to just ignore them. They crave the attention you give them when you get upset.

People being rude in an online game? No way!
Kidding aside, you shouldn't stereotype people that way. Things are not that black and white.
It is, indeed, a shame how rude people can be over a game. Seems like free games suffer some of the worst of it. Although, having played shooter games online since the Tribes days, those type of games are pretty sad these days. Very little respect for fellow players. It's driven me away (burnt me out?) from shooters and I think one of the reasons I enjoy Vindictus so much is that it's all cooperative, so you don't see as much disrespect.
Cheers!

I never say anything on the game to any of them, so they don't know if it gets to me or not. :P

The higher level players have their rigor mortis on for too long.

I see your point, as I have met my share of Lann's who are rude, but I'm a Sword Lann myself and I'm probably one of the nicest ones. I'm also a capped player and I'm neither rude nor arrogant. I know that it's hard to NOT stereotype when most of the people you've seen are pains in the ****, but there's still always those people out there who are completely different from the majority.

I wish I could join a party with those nice people. ; ;
Come to think of it, there was one Lann who hosted a bajillion blood lord runs, and I liked him. Friended him later. He's nice.

It does. In my experiences, people below 40 are MUCH nicer.

Just solo >_<
I solo like every dungeon.

Yeah, I solo'd most things when I still played. Shouldn't be hard if you're that high up. :x

The only thing I haven't been able to solo is Nightmare atm.
Haven't had a chance to launch the client since the new update, but asides from Blood Lord I don't think there will be a hard time in solo runs.

I've only been doing blood lord lately because I need blood. There really isn't anything else for me to do, since I'm trying to avoid dailies in order to use all of my tokens for that raid.
