And then get Project 64 and play Kirby 64.
Then go get your gamecube or wii and play Air Ride.

But yeah, Kirby's HUD is situated on the left... Maybe there'll be other slots for Multiplayer? Just guessing though.

The style of the maps are really similar and the desert map looks like it was completely copied of it.
