So I have around 280 HP at level 26. I know this is like a huge problem :T_T:. Let's say I buy a Demi Lich Dblade and successfully burn off my Destruction. -140 HP. 7 Thief enchants drop it -105 HP.
To get around 20 HP, I'll still need to pull off -15 more HP. Any tips?
And is GlassCannonGiant even a good idea? I mean I'ma pure WMer :thumb:.
And let's say I upgrade my Dblade; boosted with Demi Lich Destruction is max 146 Damage. Add on a Corundum on my shield and it's 152. Doesn't that seem to beat out even Goddess Spike Warhammers?

It's not really going to work on a giant, far too much hp growth...maybe if there's some more enchants you can use but I don't know of any.
I really don't understand why a giant would ever want to do this though.

Put on one of those super -HP titles like Maize? There are some etc. titles that gives -HP.

Glass Cannon is not a great way to describe this build since you're sacrificing ~30% of your potential dmg. output.
A more appropriate title would be "the thing that never dies" :p
But, as Juno said, Giant HP growth is far too massive to handle, especially once you start leveling into 60+ ranges.
Might as well just pump max damage so you can take advantage of it in Giant Full Swing mode, too.

Glass cannon only works on elves and humans...
Its a giant advantage to be able to tank more than others, so use it.

I thought pretty much every player controlled character in Mabi was susceptable the the "glass cannon" catagory.

Yeah, I do a lot less damage than a lot of other people. For warriors, glass cannon means running in deadly.
Maltreat. Fearless thief accessories to adjust your HP as you level.

^ Glass cannon isn't referred to as a tactic or a way of fighting or situation a character is placed in. It's referred to a character that is extremely strong yet at the same time can't take much punishment at all. "Running in deadly" would be just a state but let's say that character has a base hp of 1000? What now? Is it a glass cannon any longer? Deadly is only a temporary state any character in Mabi can go through.

10 wms and you're in deadly. The pot costs would be ridiculous. For most players, 1k wm would doom them to perpetual deadly. Even trans would leave them in deadly.
Low HP sacrifices damage to cut wm's cost. That's why it isn't consistent with glass cannon.

Well no one is telling you to spam wm, if your character already does lots of dmg but can't take much then it's already a glass cannon.

Most warriors spam wm. The OP spams wm, otherwise he probably wouldn't want low HP.
I apologize if my generalization bothered you, but you do understand that 90%+ warriors spam wm.

Actually, I see people spam Smash as often as (sometimes more often than) WM. Smash is a popular melee skill if you didn't know.

WM > Smash.

I actually don't see much reduction in damage; doesn't Demi Lich Destruction make up for potential loss of Burst Knight and other damage boosting suffixes?

Assuming you go full Fearless Thief (which you will, since you are a giant), you cannot use:
-Wooden Needle (CM =/= lowhp build)
-Diamond Raven boots
-Damage Accessories
-BurstKnight/Tragic
-STR and Max from CM
can't really evaluate the impact going low-hp for a Giant will have until we have your skillset, really.
