  whether the girl was willingly doing it or not, shes 13 and the guy was doing something illegal by having sex with her however many times, im sure shes going to be punished by her parents and the police will probably lecture her about this kind of stuff, but its just common sense that if they find out a man is having sex with a 13 year old girl, theyre going to arrest him right away before questioining the girl if she did it on her own will

  Oh noes a lecture. God forbid she might be grounded from the internet for awhile. It doesn't matter that she's 13, she knew what she was doing when she gave out her information and then proceeded to have sex with him. She knew what she was doing. She knew what sex is. She destroyed a man's life by allowing the relationship to play out.
  
  I'm not saying the guy is completely innocent but like it's been said before, it takes two to tango. Teenagers know what they're doing nowadays, it's unlikely that this girl didn't already know what sex and everything else meant. Yes the man in question needs to be held responsible, but I believe the girl does too.

  Think again. We grew up with this stuff. It'll stick with us for the rest of our lives. The reason why you don't often see people older than 3X online too often is because they didn't grow up with the internet and therefore its not stuck to them.
  
  In about 30 years, forums like THIS one won't be a teen/young-adult majority anymore. It will be a solid mix of people of all ages, anywhere from 4 years old to however long it takes for people to die then.
