FTP Server - no need to edit host file

  I finally got my version of the fix working with the right ip address directory, but i will still leave your fix down below for future references.

  For future references, your fix does not work because it did not redirect the patcher to the correct IP address. Simply replacing the launcher is not a fix. The only reason this worked was because Nexon actually fixed their FTP server. It has the right files now. No fixes are needed now.

  That we will have to wait and see now Yoorah. Before they got the patch server all sync up including the address ftp://174.35.39.33/game/ which is the ftp://mabipatch.nexon.net.
  
  When I replace the launcher with the bin fie from the ftp://174.35.24.78/game, and gotten it to worked.
  
  Before editing the opening first post in this thread, I went and check old directory.
  
  I made sure I check the address ftp://174.35.39.33/game to see if they got all the files in that directory, but no I didn't find any beside the old one(1-62 with the launcher_108.bin).
  
  So this conclude that when I replace the launcher with the correct version, it patch for me.

  Think logically. :P The problem was that the patcher could not find the correct patch files on the server, due to a DNS and/or CDN sync fault. Swapping in an updated patcher binary does not address the core problem.
