Crash shot + AR or Thunder

Thunder since it doesn't miss as much.

Do Crash Shot, since you have pitifully low Int.

Do Thunder + Magic Mastery. Will help raise int, and in turn, raise magic defense.

pick whichever you'd want to mix into your playstyle, so that you can get the most use out of it.
if you prefer to be melee/range, pick up crash shot.
if you'd prefer having some magic, get thunder.

I have rank 1 Crash shot and 254dex and my friend has rank 1 Thunder + decent int (~500-600 I think). We sometimes raft together, or just watch each other raft. Personally I think thunder is more efficient since it misses a lot less so it's consistent. With crash I have some trouble with warriors whenever I miss and that messes up my pattern because I end up fighting them rather than the hobgoblins on the shore.

Crash Shot is too slow and misses too much. Thunder with -% mana Crystal Lightning Wand, r1 Lightning Mastery, and mana reduction set is a good way to go.

LOL? Are you even serious? Crash shot outrafts thunder pretty damn well, the only thing is unless you can do a single shot to ohko something you will NOT hit your target. R1 Thunder is the same with it, you need a bolt or something, with range you probably would have magnum or AR or something to use.

I have both r1 Crash Shot and r1 Thunder. One cost 15 mana and the other cost around 16 mana. One doesn't miss, but the other does. I have close to 400 max damage with my bow, so Crash Shot will always one shot them regardless just like my Thunder.
Usually, if there is a single target far away, I just Thunder it anyways. AR could work if you have like some 400 max damage or so to one shot it. However, if there are other targets near by, you might not be able to load Crash Shot, aim, and shoot successfully before you passed it up.
Crash Shot -> Aim -> Shoot requires a lot of time to setup if you are standing far away from monsters. If you stand close, monster might can shoot to interrupt you. Thunder has no aim time, and you will be fine from far away monsters.
Maybe I am the most unlucky archer in the world, but I miss at around 80% aim with crash shot very often. I often can only shoot successfully at 90%+.

Even if you are some champion with SoGs, you are just gambling on that luck. Thunder is guarantee hit at about the same range, at about the same mana cost as Crash Shot.
