Haxorus is good but his speed draws him back a lot
so its advisable to use dragon claw with him
(outrage is too risky since you can't switch)
Seimitoad has a pretty good typing
and Swift Swim. So he's good in a team with Drizzle Politoed (which you dont have)
However, outside rain. Not that great. base stats are pretty mediocre.
Can still function as a special attacker with hydro pump/Surf
He doesnt have enough good physical moves to use Attack EVs.
Speed and Special Atk Evs recommended.
Sigilyph shouldnt be used as an offense pokemon.
It's best as a late game setup- tank&sweeper with Cosmic Power and Stored power
also break stalls
you must take out the most threatening pokemon first before bringing out sigilyph
as his weaknesses are very common.
The cat recommends HP and SpDef EVs.
Heatmor should be dumped. He's too slow and Fire typing is bad alone.
The only good moves he has are Heat Wave and Sucker Punch
Chandelure has a much diverse move pool.
Vanilluxe is basically glass cannon, mainly because of his average defense stats and the fact that pure ice types has like 4 weaknesses (that are common attack types). He should only be used against teams with grass/flying pokemon.
Due to his crappy speed, Vanilluxe should equip a choice scarf if it wants a chance of outspeeding any of the common pokemons.
Scrafty's good and should be paired with dragon dance since you want a fast offensive team
The biggest problem with your team is the lack of resistances. Lots of pokemon in the metagame hit hard where even neutral damage hurts.
Also, half the team are weak to rock type which is bad since rock slide and stone edge are common
