HOLY****.
Just noticed Zekrom has a possible 438 attack. That's the highest of any pokemon I think... @.@

Makes me want to catch it even more. ^
And will I get a heal spot before I challenge the Elite4?
Since I have to battle some trainers in the caves of Victory Road.

Yea, there's a building to the left of the entrance to the Elite Four that has a Pokeenter and a PokeMart that sells you every type of Pokeball but the Cherish Ball, Premier Ball and the Master Ball.

I see.
How hard are they?
I currently have my level 50 Serperior, Level 47 Victini, Level 36 Simipour, Level 26 Ducklett and a Level 25 Tranquill, I use both for flying/surfing.
But I believe my Victini and Simipour will level a few more times, considering I have EXP share on both of them.

I found Ghestis' dragon to be extremely easy, I don't know why people are having such problems against him. I just used my Stoutland that knows Ice Fang against him, and it only took 4 hits to kill him. I mean sure, he killed my Stoutland once because of a critical hit from Focus Blast, but I still had 5 Max Revives leftover, so I just switched to my Serperior to try and tank some hits and revive my Stoutland, and once my Serperior died, I switched back to my Stoutland and killed off his dragon. Hell, I had a harder time fighting N than I did Ghestis. :/
I found them both easy and hard at the same time, depending on who I fought. In your case, looking at your Pokemon, you're screwed, since they will wipe out your Pokemon easily, since they're not just regular trainers that use a Pokemon's default moves relative to the Pokemon's level, but they know TM moves as well, and actually use strategy. I found Caitlin (Psychic user) to be the hardest, since she nearly wiped out my Pokemon several times (at the time I fought her, I had a 44 Fraxure, a 45 Serperior, a 45 Samurott, a 45 Archeops, a 45 Stoutland and a 44 Victini), and even with my Pokemon that knew Shadow Ball/Claw, it didn't phase her Pokemon at all, plus all of her Pokemon know diverse moves, so she can easily find a weakness to exploit.
Shauntal (Ghost) was decent, though more annoying than anything, thanks to her Cofagrigus' Psychic and Will-o'-Wisp and her Chandlure's massive Special Attack and Shadow Ball/Fire Blast.
Grimsley was easy, Scrafty goes down against a Flying Type Pokemon, Bisharp goes down with a Fighting type move or Fire type move, Krookodile went down in one Giga Drain from my Serperior. The hardest one that I fought was his Liepard, and that's only because my best Pokemon on my team that can learn a Fighting type move (Vicitini with Brick Break and an Attack nature) was weak against Night Slash, which OH only because of a critical hit, not from the damage from the attack. It then went down against my Stoutland.
And Marshall was a push over, and only took more than four turns because his Sawk had Sturdy, so my Archeops couldn't OH it, and instead burned through Marshall's Full Restores.
But since you only have 2 decent Pokemon in your party, you're going to be in for quite a bit of pain, sadly.

How do I beat this guy??

How am I gonna train up my pokes when I've owned all the trainers out there already?

He OHKO's all my pokes. Dragon pulse for all my dragon types, then surf, then firewhatever.
I don't have a stoutland :( I used to hate that dog, it was such a tank to kill.

I see.
So should I use my master ball on Thundurus?
I just now caught a Level 40 Fraxure.

The battle against Lenora was what really kept my Lillipup on my team, since her Herdier took quite a bit of hits, and had devastating power. Once my Herdier evolved into Stoutland, it pretty much ended up dominating any non-Ghost/Steel/Rock type Pokemon, and was capable of taking a good number of hits, and it's not that slow either, so it got to act first against many Pokemon. And since you can learn Ice Fang, Fire Fang, and Thunder Fang from the Move Tutor in Mistlatron City for just a Heart Scale (you get three of them before you reach her house), not teaching it Ice Fang to go up against Iris/Drayden is pretty brave (though it could still probably take out most of their Pokemon in one hit with one or two Work Ups and a Take Down), and is no where near as useless as other beginner Pokemon that you catch on the first route outside of your hometown in other generations.

Just beat the elite four. Here's my final team. All were level 50 except Scrafty (lvl 58). Scrafty took down Grimsley and Caitlin by himself. I love that guy. The only one that gave me trouble was Marshal. He knocked out my rufflet and my Serperior had to stumble through. He can take a beating though.

Pretty cool story in this one. This is by far my favorite pokemon game! I'm really nervous about the battles ahead though.
