It lists the resistances and weaknesses for you
get as many bright green as possible and less bright red
1-2 (3?) bright reds are fine.

as you can see there's a lot of greens and little reds
but its not perfect.
Pokemon teams are not meant to be perfect, (unless if GameFreak trolls everyone)
The next step are moveslists
but you dont need to go that far to beat casual people/people on nation
take advantage of your pokemons types as they receive 50% dmg bonus with moves of same type
