  They're probably doing that to hide the fact that a user was behind it. But kudos to Nexon for turning this into an event? XD
  It's just like the incident with CAPCOM/ Ecko, a well-known hacker, hacking RavenSCA, a GM on Scania on MapleStory. Nexon tried hiding the fact that a user hacked him and made it seem like RavenSCA was behind all of it. I believe that they even posted on Nexon forums stating that it was the GM smega'ing and abusing GM powers instead of Ecko hacking him?
  
  Wouldn't Nexon announce an event before it actually takes place though? They announced this about a day after it started happening. The timing seems a bit...suspicious?

  People discussed it already and find it odd that it was posted the day after the first occurrence of this so called event. The message is also unusually short, and not on the front page for some reason. It's either very unprofessional (even for nexon standards), or something odd is going on with this (people think cover-up for either hax or GM abusing powers).
