  I'm saying that PSU should be avoided because apparently they're shoddily producted. I don't know about the rest, haven't looked that up (which I would suggest you do, informing yourself about your choices is always better than have others just tell you about your choices, not implying ill-will on anyone's part).

  Personally, I'de get a Powercolor 4830 (Will run you $40~60) instead of the 5570... also, I just did a build with a rosewill PSU (RG700-S12) & its been giving me problems so I'de AVOID rosewill for a brand like corsair, the connections are cheapy on RW's. A decent card that can run vind on Highest (using Phenom Quad @ 3.4ghz) is a 5770, which... is about $120, for that go with sapphire.
  
  Talk about...well cable mess problems too, Rosewill cables are so chunky *see pic* (p.s that card is the 4830)

  a 5770, sizewise slightly...bigger but should be NO problem for a micro ATX

  The GeForce 9100 chip in your PC is good enough as a "temporary graphics card". Don't waste money on crap upgrades. Save that money for your next PC build.
