  Well, she does seem interesting.
  I've watched Elfen Lied so I'm used to people losing body parts (and innards) but it's the eyes that bug me...lol.

  She's not interesting (yet) since she's being portrayed as one of the first initial villains.
  
  Once her role switches from evil to chaotic neutral its a lot more exciting.
  
  The great thing about series like these is that everyone is out to kill each other but they need to constantly make allies to survive too. Very similar to the concept of Liar Game.

  Some pretty interesting things happen near the end. I wasn't sure if I was going to watch it but for now I'm at least curious about what will happen next so I'll watch more for sure.
  
  I also like both the opening and the ending. Always a plus.

  I've been considering watching this for the longest time. Sadly enough, I always thought it was related to Yume Nikki in some sort of way. Guess not.

  Yuno completely owned 12th then when Tsubaki betrays them, Yuno cuts off Tsubaki's right arm, it was censored... in a pretty unusual way. Then we get Tsubaki's past and what she attempts to have her followers do to lure out Yukki. Yukki won pretty simple, dunno if it's plot armor or what but he sure is lucky.[/spoiler]

  So was elfen lied on release.
  
  DVD release should fix that.

  Never read far in the Manga so I can't say but there is talk that the pacing of the show is a bit fast. 3 users dead in 5 episodes. This is a 26 episode series.

  They killed off characters very fast in the manga too. But theres no way they can cram it all into 26 episodes without changing a lot of things...
