Mines only level 15, but I'm loving the Boss Bash and Clash skills.
fyi Clash is terrible, Not only does it have a cooldown of like 3.5 mins its also impossible to pull off on other bosses above the initial chieftain >< i have seen 1 person clash the bloodprince but ONLY ONCE... lol...out of like 20 karok runs

Speaking of Blood Prince, does Karok have any move that can knock the sword off of him instead of throwing spear? (example: Fiona counter spam to break off prince sword)
I actually start Fergus Crafting armors for the first time (mostly bought off cheap at market with my Fiona). Whats the next armor for Karok after Blood Prince set? (love the mask <3)
Sadly im stuck at lvl23 9x%, Laptop died and this crap desktop with 2001-2006 parts hilariously can run Vindi in lowest setting, but just lags like hell. Saved all my important files to my external HD so I should start making a new desktop from scratch starting with an Asus MB that can run either i5 or i7

Useless Sony tech support are full of those "indian" people (no offense) called them the second time, told me the same crap "reset your comp to factory setting and find error" I keep telling them hard headed people that the laptop keeps freezing at start-up, main screen, while running diagnostics, and in safe mode (before loading safe mode). I told them its obviously the graphic card went to s**t but still give me the same BS "we must scan your comp for hardware error to be sure". Then im like dude its a brand new laptop and it craps up in 5 month while on warranty, and they still dont allow it to be mailed to them. At the end we got their boss on the phone and he sent us a "free" recovery disk to see if we can find the error (FOR THE LAST TIME ITS the GRAPHIC CARD) and they are gunna switch it with a "all-ready repaired" laptop anyway, why the hell cant I send it >:C
so thats my story, I want to build a desktop...
Now for Clash, they could of made it like counter instead of the hassle of repeatedly pushing smash button. Like an instant kb from boss smash. but just the cooldown kills it :v

Well, having a smash hit the exact spot of the break-off will count(although a fairly hard thing to do). As to clash breaking it off, I doubt it.

ive gotten clash off on gnoll chieftan and kobold chief. other than that im too busy attacking/dodging to bother to even try and clash.

I've gotten clash down on Gnoll Chieftain, Sturdy Emuloch, Blood Prince, and Giant Polar Bear(White Tyrant's Challenge version). I want to clash on Irukul and Ezroch(Madness) just to say I've done it.

Clash is not terrible, nor is it impossible to time. You just need to know the bosses pattern, and assuming Karok is not your first character...you should. BP's 3 hit combo is extremely slow to begin with, so he is a good one to practice clashing on. When he starts the combo, just watch to see how many swipes he does. If it is anything less than three, hit him and roll cancel. If it is three, clash him.
Holding the clash can be somewhat difficult also, until you figure out exactly how fast you need to press a button to get it to stay relatively in the middle. Spam too little, you lose, spam too much you win early, and the clash was useless anyway.

the sad thing is you don't get it the little dmg it provides is so little as well as the time... that your better off and so is your hp if you just continue to LLRR him.. its much more versatile and you can dodge easier....

Clash was meant to be a party skill, so I agree it isn't worth doing solo unless you are practicing. I've managed to hold it for a good 5-8 seconds or so (at rB or rC can't remember offhand), which would be a good amount of time for someone else to get damage in.

Clash is more of a party play skill. If you hold the boss in clash for a while, your entire party could get a full combo off on him (boss is still able to be attacked during Clash). That's better then what LLRR spam can do on later bosses (and you run the risk of getting hit). Earlier boats don't really show this though, as the bosses are all fairly easy.
Edit : Ninja'd

I still prefer hammer fiona.
Boss bash is boss though.

Hammer Fiona (pre-patch) and Karok play very similarly, except you had to be a lot more careful with hammer. Karoks mobility really should be added to other characters in some way, it's astounding.
