Anyways, I do believe a Spear revamp (or rebalance) was confirmed by Devcat or something in an interview. Sword Lann actually got a minor buff with Gliding Fury (I think that's it's name) damage and distance with this patch as well.

I hope they meant buffed, because sword fiona isn't THAT strong. She's actually not that much higher than lann.
