I must say I'm so very out of the loop it hurts. My fault, but sometimes i wonder if I feel bad about that.
I'm just going to say something even though it's doubtful it'll have any importance.
I'm known to praise places that i deem good communities. When the move to Nation ensued I was gung ho about it since the community I had grown to enjoy reading (since I wasn't exactly part of it fully) was moving to a more concentrated location. I was all about the advertising since I'm prone to do that when i get even slightly excited about something. Well that was all great for the first while, and thing went ncie and smoothly it seemed. The posts were alright and plentiful and I enjoyed my random visits to the forums.
This past while the forum I've noticed has been going down. I keep missing these odd ventures the major posters have but I keep hearing the aftermath of it all. The randomness is always fun and all that but when the random becomes pretty much all you see things have went overboard. I started my online ventures at MSN Chats and that's how this forums feels now. It doesn't feel like a forum so much as a slower version of a chat room. Honestly having a Buzzen chat room or something would be more suiting to half the conversations I read on here lately.
I think that's the problem thats occurring. This community is indeed very tight and can be highly enjoyable but the magical barrier between keeping things on track and Mabinogi related and just having fun as a group of friends BSing disappears far to frequently. Now I'm not that brilliant so i can't think of any magical ways to help the situation I'm just saying what i've noticed.
I don't think theres a member on here that i don't like around here. That said a lot of members are kind of fading from Mabinogi and I'm not saying this to say gtfo so much as that's a contributor to the unrest. It also proves just how strong this community is. It's just time to sort things together and find a balance. Once that balance has been reached I'm pretty sure these little hissy fits and random spurts will calm down.
Eh that's just me, and I apologize for my lake of ability to make sense.
