Your title and opening post go against each other. I don't know how to answer because I don't know if it's "at times" or "all the time" in your opinion.

Well, the only real answer I suppose, is other people are less conservative than you.
I guess it could either make them perverts or you a prude. It's a double edged sword. Could go both ways.

Sounds fair, I guess.

Someone in the Eden Eternal guild got mad at me because I told them to stop doing weird things in guild chat.
"What are you, 5? Got something against lesbians?"=o=
I don't care about sexual orientation or whatever. It's the inappropriate stuff that bothered me. orz.

Frankly I think that game filtering systems should be optional.
I don't mind seeing sexual talk. I get turned on easily by anything remotely sexual. Very difficult to turn me off unless it's puke, or smells horrible. Most things I look at, I go hm...that's interesting.
Basically...lots of on switches...very few off switches.
Less Filtering I'm okay with.

It's too bad there's no real life filters, but then again, some people are too afraid to talk about stuff like that in public, at least partially because people have had the idea that talking about it is bad deeply taught/enforced/programmed/brow-beaten into their minds.
I don't believe it's taboo to talk about sex, and I don't really care about what people do and who they do it with, but I do believe in being considerate of others who don't want to hear about that type of thing, and oddly enough, I also feel a bit bothered by hearing/reading other people's "sexual conversations".
So, basically, if you want to do some sexting or talk about sex or your sexual experiences or whatever, fine by me. If it's in a game or in a chat room, I suppose I can ignore it or turn on some filter, but if it's in real life, especially if it happens to involve someone I have some "relations" to/with, please don't talk about it out loud around me.

That does make me wonder what it would be like if people talked about sex out in public all the time.
Lots of public erections. :blood:

Maybe because it's one of the things that most people only care about these days. Heck, in middle school, people are still talking about it even. Everyone's clung onto the "That's what she said" for so long.
Filters are there for reasons...Such as the particular age group certain games aim for?

Hahaha, are you one of those "let's hide it so they don't notice it" persons?
