it says 'what's new', and seems like a preview of EP9 or something, unfortunately i cant find a way to translate it >____>
i see 3.Dedicated Server, 5.new armor, 6.something about the sewers, 7+9 something about ES, 10. something VERY interesting :D, and 11.military clothes O.o

Also to add on, supposedly only ONE party in the test server has beat the dragon for now.
