Stamina/Token System
Just like your every other Korean or Foreign Online game, Mabinogi Heroes also has a stamina system in form of Tokens. These Tokens are used to enter the other dungeons beyond the first boat. There are a total of five boats currently available in Mabinogi Heroes. These boat seperates each dungeons in game, for example all the dungeons in boat two are all ice dungeons, all the dungeons in boat three are the undead town and skels. All the dungeons in Boat one are Token free, so it's pretty nice to farm if you like to grind the same map over and over. Each dungeon takes about two tokens, and you start of with 50 a week. Yes, that is right only 50. These Tokens only refresh every Friday, and Monday in Korea. Hardcore gamers will find themselves in tears due to lack of Tokens. You also can't hardcore use up all your Tokens in one day due to the Token Coin Count System. After grinding about seven dungeons your coin count for dungeons will increase to three. If you are daring enough to waste all your coins in one day, then your coin count will eventually reach as much as up to four Tokens. I believe it doesn't go up any higher than four so you're safe to waste all your Tokens in one day if you wish. As far as for earning free Tokens, there is only one way to earn 10 more free Tokens a week, which can bring you up to a total of 60 Tokens per Token reset. To get a free 10 Token, you must party with players or Res other players to earn a Medal. After earning 40 Medals from Ressing other Partying with others five levels lowers than you, you can turn it in to one of the NPC's in town. Let's hope they add purchasable Tokens in the Cash Shop in the near future, or at least other ways to earn Tokens.
Honestly, I shed a tear when I heard about that. But, I don't really mind it all that much, because I'll be the best eventually. [End Egotism]

So does that mean the leveling system is like maplestory? No rebirth, since 5 levels is apparently a big gap?

It's like DFO's system accept I was satisfied by DFO's. This system just means that I won't be playing Vindy so hardcore, and that's fine with me.

Depends on exp
If its grindy exp like maplestory then people will cry
If the exp is like dfo where its only grindy toward upper and mid levels then its accpetable
The casual crowd wont be affected. Hardcore players will shed a tear

Maplestory isn't so grindy anymore. The new classes have storylines that can breeze you to level 50ish in about a week if you play a bit daily.

Until Nexon sells the tokens in cash shop!
/in before another person complains about Nexon
I supposed those players who have a lot of free time one day of the week, but not in the other days may have a problem with tokens as well.

Am I the only person who thinks 50 tokens is plenty? 25 dungeons, I can't even last through like 2 in mabi in a day. Normally I don't dungeon at all.

It's fine. It keeps all those people who go Gaga over the game to not play it for like 24 hours a day, ending up in failing school and their lives, which is what they intended to do in the first place. I don't think anyone would want to grind a dungeon for fun though.

Don't forget the occasional 2XP events that pretty much occurs each week. Oh, and family systems and the ability to solo certain PQs.

Maybe, but when the game actually comes, people would be crazy over the dungeons, and they use all their tokens in a day :D. But this system is to stop the hardcore players from ruining their lives (Or buy NX for more tokens ;D).

Doesn't bother me unless the dungeons finish in like 5 minutes and don't do much to your exp.
Two things that concern me more is... boats? like.. on the sea? why are dungeons on boats. Seriously ruins it the way I'm imagining it.
And the other thing is, does everyone in a party have to give up 2 tokens or only the one starting the dungeon? (leader i guess?). If only the leader then we can just whore each others tokens all week.

I'm not gonna hardcore this, so I don't care.
60 tokens is more than it sounds. Thats 30 dungeons a week.
Divided by seven days of the week, thats 4.28 dungeons a day. Unlike DFO's silly 3 minute rush dungeons, these Vindicate dungeons are more like running Adv passes in Mabinogi. You'll still feel pretty satisfied, since this should probably take you 3 or more hours even if you spam rush. And of course, boat 1 is free, like Steparu said, so its not like you're not going to be allowed combat gaming.
Plus there is pvp in this game. Lots of fun.
You're probably not going to play EVERY DAY either. So maybe you'll have a 6 hour session one day. The game would get so boring if you could play all day long every day of the week. One of the reasons is probably because the gameplay would get too repetitive if you were to spend all day swinging your hack and slash around. I see this as a casual game. An hour or two a day, every other day sort of thing.

Does disconnect from dungeon counts as well? I guess they don't want people botting inside dungeons, if that is possible.

No no no, the boats take you to places where the dungeons are. :l Because Celtic Mythology is based on Ireland, which is just a bunch of islands really. I'm guessing the tokens are boating fees to the places.

Botting this game?
Making an AI to fight monsters without getting your ass kicked is probably going to be very difficult...
