CCS ofc!
See, I was trolling around my school library during Sustained Silent Reading in 3rd grade, when I stumbled on the shelf that had manga. Lo and behold, I found the second half of the series, as well as Angelic Layer. I read both of those, read the first half of CCS, and then my interest in anime and manga was born!
Also, I used to watch CCS/Sailor Moon when it was on Cartoon Network, hehe...

My actual first subbed anime I watched was Ranma 1/2...And manga would have to be Berserk....(Which wasn't really something I should of been reading at like 14 years old. >>)
I remember the Ranma anime, very good storyline

(Aww, from the thread title I was hoping the topic would be about Osamu Tezuka manga.)
I'm not sure what my first anime was, but I know that I watched Sailor Moon when I was young because I'd joke about Popeye the Sailor Moon.
In 2000 I read Ranma as my first online manga.
Around 2002 after I switched from a 14.4k modem to cable, I watched Angelic Layer and .hack//SIGN as my first downloaded fansubs.

If I remember correctly, Negima is what got me addicted to watching anime and reading manga. Both versions of the anime and the manga.
I also still remember watching Sailor Moon and Cardcaptor Sakura when I was really young somewhere though (and of course Dragonball and Pokemon) :v

Code Geass R2 (yeah, I watched R2 first cause I didn't understand R2 meant season 2. lol)
Code Geass R1
Lol xD. At least they made it so that people can pick the series up if you didn't watch the first one.

Rave Master, I randomly skimmed through a volume at Borders years ago in like early middle school and decided to buy it all for the sake of it "looking cool". I didn't even know what the plot was at the time.

My friend was reading Ranma 1/2 on the bus and I asked him what it was about. He told me I would like it and that there would be boobies. I started reading it and it was a trap. Either way, it was funny and I enjoyed it. Then he made me read an adult manga since it has a lot of explicit content and even lesbians. I started reading that too and then I started reading a lot of random manga, now and then. Usually it's a romance or an ecchi manga.

Definitely Bible Black for me.
But in all invisible seriousness, DBZ is what got me into anime. I started watching it when I was 4.
