I have a Social Study test on Monday and I NO CLUE about the subject Dx well I know what's the test is about but I don't know WHAT to study >_0
Like, I keep procrastinating ;; and not studying.. I still fail even when I study
And I'm scared that my mom is gonna SPAZZ at me, cause I keep getting C's on my test except for Math QQ I just did a Science test last week, and I KNOW that I got a C on that..
I don't know.. should I at least TRY and study? ._. Even if I do study, I still wouldn't remember it on Monday, since I hate the subject soooo much ><
Oh, a question for you guys, how do you keep yourself from getting off track? Like.. if your doing a project/homework/studying, how do you stay on task? Not getting distracted and stuff..
I have a really hard time trying to do my projects/studying, not so much on the homework.. x_x

I've learned that i dont study well with complete silence or a lot of noise. Usually what i do is i find a show that i like but could skip out on and turn the volume down really low so theres some background noise but its still quiet enough to study.

Study now, then review 30 minutes later, then review 1 hour later after that, and then review 2 hours later after that. Then review on sunday, then review 30 minutes later. BOOM. You remember everything.

How do I do my work?
I usually study and try to do most projects in groups. When that doesn't work I usually give myself shifts according to my workload. AND when that doesn't work, I do it all a few hours before school(I do my best work when I'm rushed... o.O).

The only way to get me to study/work on something that's not due the next day is to get my mom to yell at me ._. ....
I need a different way other than that ><

Set up alarms and put a recording of your mom's yelling as the only track on an MP3 player.

The real thing is scarier than just the sound

I listen to music when studying, helps me pay attention and not fall asleep. But if studying doesn't help you then don't waste your time.

I love war history! IT'S SOOOOOOOO INTERESTING!
Let's see here...
The Treaty of Versailles was placed by members of the League of Nations(though to my knowledge, it has yet to be formed). It detailed specific rules for Germany to follow after their defeat in World War 1. These rules included have a military no larger than 100,000 men, restrictions on their Navy and weapons, no air force, having to pay for all the damages and that their activity would be watched for 20 years(correction?) to make sure they followed the rules.
In 1933, Hitler rose to power(for various reasons, I wrote an essay on this and I could post an early draft if you like). He took tons of land and it eventually caused World War 2...
Phrases? Explain plox.
:D
I'll gladly help with posting random info, because I also need to go over the information for my final History essay.

The treaty of versailles was basically set up by France and England to put the entire blame on Germany.
The United States did not put pressure on Germany as they want to continue trading relations.
Hitler did the Holocaust because he can.
most important part of quote is highlighted
Our strength consists in our speed and in our brutality. Genghis Khan led millions of women and children to slaughter—with premeditation and a happy heart. History sees in him solely the founder of a state. It’s a matter of indifference to me what a weak western European civilization will say about me. I have issued the command—and I’ll have anybody who utters but one word of criticism executed by a firing squad—that our war aim does not consist in reaching certain lines, but in the physical destruction of the enemy. Accordingly, I have placed my death-head formation in readiness—for the present only in the East—with orders to them to send to death mercilessly and without compassion, men, women, and children of Polish derivation and language. Only thus shall we gain the living space (Lebensraum) which we need. Who, after all, speaks to-day of the annihilation of the Armenians?
and Lebensraum might be important.
it is after all one of the values in Nazism
