Im 15. Yup. Saying again: It may not be important to you but is it to me.
Update:I fixed her 1 day old blackberry today. (Come to the nerd :P) She kept looking at me and saying that she loved me and laughing. It was all good thinking I had a good chance until she said I was like her brother. Im now more distraught. But she keeps saying that she wouldnt know what she would do without me.
@Kita and others: I really dont care about the friend part. It dosent matter what he does. Like really as long as im with her I could take any ****. Me and her already have had our fair share. I could care less.

Okay, seriously, if she said you were like her brother, thats like her giving you a massive hint. She knows you like her and she likes you but not in the same way. If its such a huge issue for you, just let her know, at least without sounding obsessive. It won't stop you two from being friends, trust me.
And you're 15.
This girl will probably not mean anything to you in about 5 years. So hell, go for it. You've got nothing to lose.

^this
Im 20 now, and 90% of my friends that I had when i was 15, are now either in different university's as me, and are just facebook friends, or sitting in my msn list never talking to each other.
You should tell her how you feel, just dont go all out there and say that you LOVE HER and you CANNOT EVER BE APART!
just say that you like her, and want to spend more time with her. You only live once, and I have had too many instances to count where I have not asked someone out because I am afraid that they wont like me or I think that it wont go anywhere.

Oh, you guys are being negative.
One of my good friends has been together with her boyfriend for 7 years. She is 21. It sounds CRAAAAZY, but he's a put-together guy and they really do seem to love each other, hence all the time they've been together. Great guy, to tell you the truth. Doesn't drink, doesn't smoke. Goes to school, etc.
Bankai, don't think about the future now. Worry about that later. If you like her, go for it man. 'Cause 2012 is coming close... kidding.
Every time I've had a major crush on someone, I've told them. And sure, we deal with rejection, but we get over it and move on. Your situation is different. There's a good possibility that she may like you as more than a friend. That's worth going after, especially since you like her so much.
And who knows, you guys might feel strongly for each other for a very long time. Though it if doesn't last forever, you'll remember the good moments you shared with her.
But man, you are 15. You should not be worrying about the future right now. You like her? Go after her. Enjoy these years man! (And all that making out...)

Not saying it isn't possible. Just saying its incredibly implausible.

One of my friends got too obsessive over a girl and he got rejected hard because she got pissed off at his clinging.
Not saying that'll happen to you, of course..
But make sure your priorities are clear, and make no promises that last too far into the future. Stay away from the "ILOVEYOUFOREVERRRR" stuff, it doesn't go anywhere, really...
