Besides School in which most are forced to go to, what are good places for a teen who lives out in the country to go to in Tennessee to socialize and meet other teens?
I've read that a place like the Community Center is a good place. I even read that I can take "classes" at a community center. Also, a friend at Church told me that people sometimes host Gaming Tournaments in Nashville. What else besides those two?
It would be cool if I could find a place where I could listen to music or even try singing or a place where I can participate in some activity, or a place where I can just talk to people and maybe even a place where I can meet girls.
Also, is there such a thing as a Teen club? I'm not entirely looking for a type of club with lots of people dancing in a crowded room, but a more relaxing but not boring club or hang out place, but it would be interesting to be able to go to a place where I can dance or learn how to dance.

Your community club sounds about right!
There's also bookstores, libraries, getting a small job somewhere, like a restaurant, etc.

If you go to Church, check and see if your church has a Youth group that meets weekly (not on Sunday, like on Wenesday or Friday) for fun/bible studies/prayer meetings.
Join a Sports team, go to a Fitness Center(YMCA hurr), and that Community Center is a good choice too.

I guess I'll start looking for a community center then. Also, my parents suggested that I could try getting a job at this Fred's store not too far from home.

Library or bookstore is the best thing for small towns.

So the Library is a good place for meeting people, huh? I suppose it's a good environment for talking to someone and being able to hear them which is ideal for me. I can't easily talk to people in loud crowds. Hearing so many voices going back and forth confuses me and makes it hard to hear what the person I'm talking to say and I also get interrupted a lot.
My church is a good place, and there's already someone there that I talk to every time I go, but lately, I only get to go once a week, and that's if I'm lucky.

I don't think the Library is a great place to meet up for meeting new people, everyone is usually so quiet there and stuck in a desk/corner reading their own books... And if you talk, the security guard always taps your back and tells you to either leave or read. :L People really only socialize with one another if they know that person/is their friend. But then again, that's what happens at my local library. :skip:
It's great that you're going to church already, if you want to get in the church community more you can always go to Prayer Meetings, churches usually have them and you can convince your friends to come as well.
Like I said before, try joining an elective this upcoming school-year, you can easily meet new people and make new friends if you speak up a bit. I've made so many friends and acquaintances from being in Marching Band,
For your will to dance, ask around! Friends might have certain talents you might not know of. I'm currently learning how to shuffle from one friend, and do some basic B-boy Dancing from another. I'm not doing so well, though.

What part of Tennessee...?

The West Tennessee area, and that's kinda why I didn't entirely like the idea of going to a Library to meet people.

So, Memphis is bad? What do you mean by that? And what about Nashville?
