Giant crocodile captured alive in Philippines

  this thing is a saltwater crocodile, the largest of all reptiles. and is twice the size of a normal saltwater crocodile
  so the cat guesses whole chickens regularly. maybe 2 max

  No, it's done nothing wrong. Crocodile's are predatory creatures and are very territorial, if it attacks something it's because it has wandered into the crocodile's territory. There's no need to kill it, if it's a problem to the humans living in that area, re-locate it. Don't kill it.

  so if a giant man eating bear decided that it liked your neighborhood you would just except that it could kill you and your family and friends and not do anything.
  
  if you wandered to close to a crocodiles nest it would not hesitate to kill you, so why should these people be expected to put their families in danger

  It killed people for food, that's nature. It would have /died/ without it.
  Unless they have huge, 50lb fish swimming around that would give it an adequate food supply, which I highly doubt.
  
  Blaming the croc for doing what it's genes tell it to do is like condemning someone for breathing. Killing it because they were too stupid to stay away from the croc's home is their own fault.

  Ok just found out that it is illegal to kill that crocodile in that location and if they did they could face 12 years in jail.
  
  P.S They found a bigger croc. And this current croc did not have human remains in it's belly.
