:D
I personally hate bad grammar more since most kids have been learning proper grammar for years and should understand things like contractions and punctuation. Some some kids in my GRADE 10 ACADEMIC ENGLISH CLASS who don't know how to properly use quotations, understand when to capitalize, etc.
So... What do you hate more?

I hate bad spelling, cause it's harder to read stuff with bad spelling.

It really depends, people with bad grammar tend to use bad spelling...But I guess I hate bad grammar more, but ONLY if the words misspelled are understandable, not like people spelling easy words wrong with no excuse at all...

Gah.. both are so.. ew.
But grammar is more important, I guess.
Punctuation and capitalization! Gah!!
The worst spelling thing is probably you're/your to me, I mean.. haven't we all learned that before?!
There/their, etc etc..

Bad grammar. There are some things you just forget how to spell or whatever.
Although if you're talking about spelling being 1337 speak, that's pretty bad too. D'X
But with bad grammar and stuff, remember Willyoudoho - or whatever his name was - on the Guru didn't use any punctuation or anything, and it was painfull to read.

I hate both, if its done without any attempt to be correct.
If u typ lik diz, I'll probably want to stab you in the face, and if you do outrageously long paragraphs without any form of punctuation, or any breaks, I'll just skip whatever is typed.

You mean homophones.

Beh, the categories were spelling and grammar. I thought they belonged in spelling more.

Anything that makes your sentences incredibly hard to read.

Homophones ARE a section of spelling.

I hate people who can't spell and people who have terrible grammar. But then, grammar does bother me more than spelling, but only by a small degree. They're both up there in my pet peeves.
Also, people who contradict themselves when they tell someone else for poor grammar, when they actually have poor grammar AND spelling themselves.
E.g. 'You're grammar sukz ****'
pssshh.

I usually notice bad grammar more, but it does bother me when people mix up your/you're and whose/who's. I also dislike when people use 's to pluralize things that aren't single letters.

I'm sorry, but I just really hate both.
I'll only let bad spelling go when in dungeons.
