Quote from Lilith;607655:
I think about having children all the time, and I tend to get baby fever a lot. I know I want 4 kids, one pregnancy being twins, and as for the sex or whatever else I don't care. I just want to have healthy, happy children. I've only ever really thought about one name for sure, and that would be for a girl. Her name will be Ashlyn Marie (Marie being her middle name after my grandmother).
It's odd but I've dreamt of a little girl named Ashlyn a lot. In my dreams she's always born on January 17th so...who knows.
B'aw. I'm hoping my children are Fall/Winter babies, simply because they're nice seasons to have a birthday in.
I don't want them to end up having birthdays in the hot arse summer like me.

The thought process.
Lets keep it nice and simple. One child.
What if the only child gets lonely? I better have two children.
What if the two kids don't get along? I better have a third child as a mediator.
But what happens when one gets left out of the group? I better put them in pairs with a 4th child.
It never ends.

Twin girls, Emma and Brooke.
I hope they're near-identical, and I hope they will have similar interests, but also some of their own.
I know two girls irl who are identical twins, and they're the best friends any person could have, and they both love eachother dearly and always have the other's back. I hope that if I ever have twins, they would be like that.

I'll try to remember what I hate about parents and try not to be the kind of parent that is right just "because I'm your mother".

I've always liked the name Gwendolyn. That's the only plan I have if I ever have a daughter.

So what happens when your husband/wife has an ideal name for their child as well?

Asexual Reproduction. ;D
Or we'll come to a compromise. Which basically means we're naming the dog Gwendolyn since I'm a pushover. u.u

In my case, I plan on having at least 4 children. If my significant other/spouse can't handle my wanting to name at least one of the children Ashlyn, they're going to see a very angry side of me.

I plan for them to have two daddies! :D
But in all serious-ness, I would like to have two children. Gender does not matter but preferably boys, why? Well because when girls get older and start to have fluids coming out of certain places, I'll have no idea how to give "the talk". So I'll just let my husband do the talking or maybe her auntie can give the talk, 'cause I'm not really good at these sort of things. Really I'm just grabbing any babies I can when we're ready for children, since in vitro and adoption takes quite awhile.
I actually want to be a stay-home dad for some reason. The idea of it sounds exciting, kinda.

Right now I really don't want kids in my future..
Then again, I can't imagine being old and without kids, either. Ugh, it's a hard decision.

I plan that all my kids have the best experience they can get...meaning, I'll be able to give them the love and attention that they need.

Well unless you're going to be the father of my children, no need to worry ;)

You're still young! Don't fret over the decision of having kids =) Just focus on your schooling and when you're older you'll know for sure if you want children or not.

My first daughter will be named Fenja. If my wife does not agree I will make sure she does afterwards. :smoke:
Other than that I'm not sure about any "plans". Though I do have wishes and ideas.
