  My main problem would be hunting down a Black Hammer. I already have nearly all my skills in place (Besides Crushing Arc which is at r7), I just lack the time/motivation to farm a Hammer, the money to spend on one (I'm saving up for the Ep9 set. That and NX for enhancement runes and enchant runes for Ornate), and I'm perfectly fine with my Sword in most situations (I'm still getting 10-15% in my daily raids).

  since i'm not real sure what the op is getting at (i've been running ep4 on my evie for the quest crafting mats to make her earrings...black scar/rampage/singleshot don't really require armor, effort or my full attention solo so i'm guessing this evie is of the same frame of mind) i'll add to the sword/hammer discussion.
  
  my fiona's currently sword (thought there was a practical reason for that at some point but...) and i've been doing crafting dailies on her as well. i'm putting all her ap into hammer skills and since i bothered to +10 her dw, i'm going to just make the next weapon i get her a hammer. this way i'll be all kinds of ready.
