Bob :3 is tiffany your best friend?
Hmm, I wouldn't say that quite yet, but it got me thinking, because I don't have a best friend.
I have friends, but most of them would say I'm their "second best friend" or something. My previous "best friends" have faded out due to loss of contact and distance, so we only really hit each other up rarely now and even if they still call me their best friend I can't seem to think the same of them.
But what makes a best friend so special? With a number of friends whom you really feel close to being around, you don't really need to have someone who is the best. The concept of it seems to be setting yourself up as someone's greatest valuable person.
I don't mind not having a best friend, but it would be really nice to have someone whom I could say I'm closest to, and vice versa.
Do you have a best friend? Or are you like me? Or are you just straight up foreveralone.jpg?
[SIZE="1"][S]Also, right after that question I was asked an uncomfortable:[/S]
Bob :3 do you like armpits?
[S]Followed by even more uncomfortable:[/S]
Bob :3 do you shave your armpits?

There's nothing wrong with your current partner being your best friend.
After all, you share everything and the most hidden/deepest thoughts of yours with that person.

You don't wanna be FRIENDS.
Getting friendzoned sucks.
I have a best friend. His name is Alex, and he's my bubba. Regardless, you can have more than one best friend... I believe.

I think the very concept may be fading due to people getting less close to each other as a result of internet communication, social networking, etc. As people have more friend connections, less value is assigned to each one, whether you like it or not.
As for me, I've had best friends in the various countries and cities I lived in throughout my life, but just like in your case, each of those friendships has faded since then, and I don't currently have anyone I could call my best friend. :<

I have two, I've known one since grade 5 and the other since grade 7. They are dating and I predicted this relationship before they knew who the other was :D
(One's birthday is today, the other's birthday is tomorrow.

I guess my boyfriend is pretty much my best friend. I mean I tell him everything and stuff like I would a best friend.
Honestly, I don't get along with other females well, so I've never really had a female best friends (good friends, yeah, but nobody close enough to be a best). It's not like I'm a ***** or I think they're all *****y or I don't like them like other women do, I just don't interact with them like I do with guys. Does that make sense?

All of my best friends have either moved away, or moved on, and I have no problems with that. I would like to rekindle a relationship with the ones who have 'moved on', but unfortunately I don't think that's going to happen. However, I still care about all of them to this day.
All of my 'not best' friends...they all fade away, and it usually was a bitter/sad/unfortunate/unhappy end, and I never really enjoyed hanging out with them, now that I look back. Or rather, I do occasionally regret it. So in the end, foreveralone.jpg.
Maybe it's a sign?

HOW DO MAKE BEST FRIENDS.
I think my 'current' best friend is awesome.
I think she's also much older than I am.
I think she's pretty wise and all-knowing, and likes to educate me about things.
I'm pretty sure she's my Modern World/Gender Studies teacher.

Me too, we can be friends :D Though I don't see the depthness of an online one.
Oh wait, I forgot, I'm too dislikable to have any friends.
