Mabination Halloween Event

Welcome to the first annual Mabination Halloween Event!

For the next week, we're going to have all sorts of contests going with prizes awarded to the winners of each.

Think you're one badass pumpkin carver? PM us your pictures and compete against other Nationers to see who really is the very best, like no one ever was!

[SIZE="3"]Contest Details[/SIZE]
What: Carve a pumpkin into a jack-o'-lantern and send us a picture.
How: Upload the picture to any popular image host (Minus, Photobucket, Imageshack, etc.), and PM TA the picture. Please make the subject: "Entry: Jack-o'-lantern Carving Contest"
Submission Deadline: October 31st
Rules: One entry per Nationer. Public posting of entry will result in disqualification. Voting will be organized by staff and made public on the November 1st and will be kept anonymous to prevent any kind of favoritism or voting for friends.

[SIZE="4"]Rewards[/SIZE]
- 1st place will receive a custom pet and 30,000 nation gold.
- There may be a consolation prize for the runner up if we have a lot of good entries!
- A massive e-peen and bragging rights for being the best pumpkin carver Nation has ever seen.

Help us [S]moppify[/S] spookify Nation for Halloween by editing our banner and sending it to us to be used for Halloween (and the following week)!

[SIZE="3"]Contest Details[/SIZE]
What: Save our banner to your hard drive and edit it in your favorite image editing software (Photoshop, GIMP, MS Paint, etc.) to give it a spooky Halloween theme.
How: Once you've edited it, upload it to any popular image host and PM TA the picture. Please make the subject: "Entry: Halloween Mabination Banner Contest"
Submission Deadline: [S]October 29th[/S] Submissions period has ended. See voting thread here.
Rules: One entry per Nationer. Public posting of entry will result in disqualification. Voting will be organized by staff and made public on the October 30th and will be kept anonymous to prevent any kind of favoritism or voting for friends. Voting will end the 31st and the winning banner will be set as Nation's banner for a week.

O.o but it does. Unless you're talking about those kits that come when stencils...but I'm not sure how well those works, or if any one would even like it. (That and I've NEVER carved a pumpkin, I can only imagine my sending you a bad pumpkin carving picture @.@)

I do like the fact that there's an event going on though XD So I'm definitely not trying to put down your being nice enough to create one.

lol, just google pictures of cool jack-o'-lanterns then scratch it on with a sharp object and get a knife and cut away. Should be easy!

It's basically like tracing a cool picture. Anyone can do it. I mean the easiest one ever is like triangle eyes and some jagged triangular teeth. Super easyyy!

And to get the stuff out, you just cut around the top in a circle then take it off, then pull the stuff out with your hand (you're supposed to do this part first lol.)

And the way you make it glow is, once you're done you just put a little candle in there and put the lid back on.

Hm...Depending on how much a pumpkin and a carving kit would cost I might try...

@Cucu-It's not my fault I didn't ever get the chance to carve a pumpkin as a child. =(

But actually, yeah I think I'm going to do this. Or at least try. If anything maybe it'll get my mind off of how down I've been feeling.

Oh come on girl. I had a knife even when I was living in a normal dorm. Everyone should always have at LEAST:

1. Butter knife (don't tell me you spread with a spoon or something)
2. Steak knife (**** yes)
3. Swiss army knife (utility!)
4. Razor knife (crafting, utility)

I mean, you could technically do it with these.

I have like three butterknives and I still use spoons. >>

I don't even have silverware Kitae, let alone knives. None at all, I've been using plastic or not been eating at all. I don't see the point in buying actual silverware when half the time I don't eat.
