You obviously don't get the internet. Our bandwidth isn't controlling how fast that webpage is loading, this time, the website has so many visitors that their bandwidth isn't sufficient to send it to every computer at once. Therefore, it's slower on our end, because of an overflow in visitors.

I still don't understand how they can turn the awesomeness that was FO3 into an MMO.
If it's just some generic MMO based on the FO universe though I have zero interest. For me it has to be like FO3 or greater.

Interplay is developing it (since Betsheda said themselves that they are not planing on doing or participating in any MMO whatsoever, they said this when the rumors of a TES MMO started to grow), so it won't be anywhere near like FO3. Probably like FO2 or Tactics.
So it's not FO3 into MMO. more like FO1/2 into MMO o3o. Which sounds better IMO. FO3 style wouldn't fit into an MMO (there would have to be major changes, and major changes are risky), but 1 and 2 style could pull it off.
Anyway, not very interested in this, just gonna try it out if I get into the beta.

I didn't like FO1 and 2 at all, it was just too slow Dx
I got the package of 1, 2 + tactics and all 3 bored me so much I didn't finish. But FO3 I played through a dozen times doing things different each time Dx

FOT was fun... I never played 1 or 2... FO3 was awesome tho... not as many glitches.

It's not going to be the same awesome as Fallout 3 and upcoming New Vegas. It will not be epik fun.

Yeah, FO3 is really different to FO1/2, these games have a tactical style of combat. I didn't like them very much either, I have only liked very few tactical games. But FO1/2 really excelled in freedom and stuff to do. And had a much more bigger character development system.
FO3 totally changed the series, reason why so many hard-core FO fans hated the game, and hated Bethesda for doing what they did.

FO2 has a
huge unofficial patch that fixes 99.9% of the games glitches/bugs, and adds some things that interplay didn't release; the patch is really awesome, they worked really hard on it. You should consider trying it out if you liked FOT.

Seems interesting, IMO FO2 would translate better t mmo
FO3 in mmo form would be a little too complicated :/

Ok, well you try and tell my dad that. I'm not going to pay for a computer just for gaming (and he certainly isn't either), its a waste of money that could be better spent elsewhere. I can still play the games I want to and love to play which is just fine with me. We can definitely afford it but were not gonna get a new one till it breaks, and I'm not gonna purposely sabotage it just to get a new one.
