The game doesn't say acidity is a bad thing - people just assume it's bad because its "acid" which... sounds pretty harmful.
Anyways, I've added a video in the second post. Didn't feel like adding more paragraphs so I just put in annotations. Enjoy~
I think Nexon claimed Acidity was bad on their wine making preview, hence the confusion.

Great post. I was really wondering about those upgrade coupons - thanks for making it clear.

This guide has explained to me the reason why Pencast projectile vomited in my face when I gave him a sample.
It had 0 acidity.
I basically gave him a bottle of vinegar. :3

Chemically speaking, vinegar is a type of acid. Think of it as a fermented alcohol (which is basically wine lol)

Well zero acidity would be pure acid if 100 acidity means smooth, rich, sweet wine, right?

Each time i try the tutorial, i always lose atleast 20 purity. If its too fast i cant hit em all. If its too slow everything else drops madly x.O

Same here. I've only ever been able to make average wine at best.

I increase the speed by 3. Usually end up with a drop of 5-15 for both Acidity and Purity, which isn't too bad. Anything faster usually kills me.
It's also a good idea to skip a bubble if you start falling behind. It's better to miss one point and get back up to speed than try to save everything and resort to clicking small bubbles that are about to vanish.

Hold down the right mouse button while your cursor's on the minigame window, then slide up (or was it down?) to increase the speed bar. It's disorienting at first, but it's faster and doesn't need precision.

What kind of stats do you need to get the title?
I'm at 44 acidity after the 3rd mini game. I don't think I'll be able to increase the speed for the next attempt.
edit 2: wine making is lame. you get more exp by doing the game once and handing it in than 1 week of doing the mini game.

Do you still get shadow mission passes though?
