I haven't taken an interested in Winemakign until recently, so good job!
i did winemaking for first time this week. i think acidity was around 75 and purity was 83 with freshness 100. aged 42 so i changed the barrel twice. pencast called it average and gave me 64,4k exp and 2 passes to smell of wine.

So with this, it be more efficient to age the wine for 2 days to turn it in for 2 Passes than to age for 5~6 days for the chance of 4 passes :what:
