I'd only worry about the graphics, I don't know how good that is but it's integrated, and not a dedicated card. Might be fine for games like mabinogi but I wouldn't expect much for things like vindictus or any 3D games from the past few years. Most might be playable but your experience with them might not be great.

100~250 munnies depending on what you plan on playing.
You could just use a $50 graphics card too(I do, but that's only b/c my cpu is godmode), but that'd be pushing it for most games.

Minecraft
HL2
Skyrim (probably on their lowest quality)
L4D2
and Dead Island
they're the main ones I wanna make sure will work

SKyrim won't run with a 50 dollarish graphics card. Bought mine for like $67 and it can't really run Skyrim on lowest settings.

I run Skyrim on Ultra with 4xAA and 8xAF using a $50 graphics card, so...
If you're confident in that processor, you can buy that computer and upgrade the graphics eventually, but I'd consider getting something with 2nd gen Intel.
And you can just get like a 6770 and run nearly everything on your list.

I'm thinking you won't need that 6 core processor, so you should look for something with a good but not overkill processor.
(since the ones on newegg don't come with monitors mostly)

I don't think you can get a PC + monitor combo for under $600 that will have decent gaming performance. At that budget, you could probably get more performance for your dollar with a laptop, as funny as that might sound. Skyrim might be out of your league, though... I dunno. :(
