Dear Mabinogians,
Things change, people move on to other places, new addresses and new situations, but you don’t have to leave all the things you love in your Nexon games behind! Make sure you update your e-mail address when your circumstances change so you’ll never miss out on special deals, offers, updates or in-game events.
To change your email address, go to your Manage Your Account page.

That's funny because they don't let you change your email if something unforeseen happens, like not being able to access the registered email to confirm.

That's funny because the very first button on the account management page is for changing email. But sure, we can just bash on nexon instead.

You do realize they send a confirmation to your old email before you can change it right? Maybe you should actually try it before running your mouth.

As if all people that switch to a new email have lost their old ones.
"Keep your email CURRENT"
In any case, email changes are still possible without your currently registered address by using the ticket system. I had to change it that way when AOL Mail started being screwy with my account. So you're still wrong.

There uprgrading security. I was trying to figure out an old account so i went in and typed in some email addresses that i thought were ones i used.
Every one of them told me they were good, and to go verify.
Confused, i typed in one i KNEW i used. Same message. When to check to see if something strange happened and i had an email saying someone tried to register with my email and to change my password and stuff.
While this is good for security i expect, its bad for me, because now i get the oh so fun process of checking the 100000 emails i made over the last 5 years looking for the one for a specific account.

Heard you need to send in a picture of your ID, or passport proving the account is yours that way.

Which is why I make sure that I keep as many things in one place as possible, that I check on a somewhat regular basis, at least. Not forgetting my own passwords helps, too.

"Keep your email CURRENT" So you're saying to just ignore those who met unexpected circumstance?

Coming at a time when the ticket system is reportedly broken, and assuming everyone has the foresight to create false documentation for their false info.
Now remember what we said about running your mouth?
Oh, that's right!

Have you logged any tickets recently? Because all of mine have been responded to within one week, and even my super old ones were recently answered.
Though the ones concerning bugs (lockout, etc) don't seem to be acknowledged. Simple enough, it's likely because they don't have an answer. Account related issues have no such delay.
False info is at your own risk. There's no reason to falsify your info when all they're asking for is a name and birthday. It's not like they want your address, phone number, or SSID.

It's great how you get your questions replied to, I bet they have such wonderful personalized responses too.
I'll give you a little more time to rethink your response, just my gift to you.

Email = Changed
Lost NX = Refunded
Missing Service = Extended
Yea, totally a broken system since I don't get hand-written responses each time. Because that's totally the efficient way to handle a large volume of tickets, to rewrite each and every one when they're likely to all be the exact same issues.
The fact of the matter is, my tickets are not only answered, but action is taken and resolutions are reached. It's not just me either, if you look in the latest accomplishment thread, the other people with outstanding tickets were answered around the same time.
But sure, you can arrogantly defend your position for no reason, while tossing condescending statements about how people don't think about what they're saying (ironically).
Again I'll ask : Have you filed a ticket lately?
