From what I've seen, Armi can't make good enough responses, so she just highlights something that you've said and tries to sound as much of a douche as possible o3o;;
Regardless, at least they answer in SOME WAY instead of not answering at all...

Again I'll ask : Have you filed a ticket lately?
In May. We got a response in October with an NX refund.
The item we lost was a limited time sale and is worth 4 times more than it was then.

Cry and whine all you want. Your own damn fault for using false info for a game you'll be playing for more than a week and not bothering to at least have a backup of what you typed in case you need it.
This one really isn't nexon's fault.

When I got hacked, I requested an email change through ticket. They took ~1 month to respond, giving me a link to a so-called email reset page, where I had to enter all my games, character names, last login date, etc etc. Then, ~1-2 months after completing that, I finally got an email with a PDF attached, telling me to send a photocopy of my passport/driver's license/something american I don't have by fax.
Yeah, because I'm going to send my damn passport to a company who's website login isn't even secure. Not to mention I had sent at least three tickets to nexon already on my account, saying that I don't have access to my email anymore, and I was worried I'd be hacked (hello, 15k nx got stolen for christmas), and they gave me responses (with a nice polite 2 month delay) saying they couldn't help me because "falsifying information" was against their ToS.
This company.. goddammit...
More than a year after that load of bull they make email change as easy as that.

Thank you!
You answered my question from the last page that was ignored or not seen.

Looks like you didn't spend your time very well, and neither did your lapping pups.
A system that is inefficent to say the least that spits up answers that could be resolved
by doing a simple search or reitterating answers from a faq is unhelpful; for all queries
that do require administrative help are more often that not un-answered, un-helpful
and without evidence. Recent activity doesn't forgive the company for poor services rendered
nor does your problems being solved represent does who do not.
As an amendment, your generalization seems to be directed at myself so I'll respond in kind;
no one is 'crying and whining' least of all myself. Do I myself have a backup of falsified info?
Yes, even if I did not there are always ways to find out. The matter at hand however is
a change in email, specifically in this case of an email address that no longer exists. This
is a matter of safety. While a matter of foresight, it is also nexon's problem in both the
requirements to change and it's interpretation of it's own rules.
