  Alexina is probably suffering the hardest probably because they have the lowest population so basically a high percentage of the population are getting screwed. Not really sure if that's the case though.

  we actually have the highest active population. Just less accounts. If you check the server status at any given time we tend to be number 1 or 2 quite often.

  Alexina doesn't have one of the lowest population, it's one of the highest.
  
  However, it's filled with the most leechers and script kiddies so they'll abuse anything that's public more than other servers because they can't get their hands on other harmful private stuff... like tarlach/ruairi and their current dupe spree.

  If it's a character on the same account as the one cared about, then no probably not safe. There's still a chance of them going after it, and then the whole black robe thing.

  You do know there are such thing as bank robberies right? Customers don't really lose money at all since the bank repays them since it wasn't the customer's fault. If a bank closes, the US government can reimburse your money up to 100k per account.
  
  Of course, for your fake and bizarre bank, there won't be people putting in money there anyways... or even the finance and motivation to build one like that.
