  Item duplication may upset their customers but forced character and item deletion will damn near instantly cause them to lose all of their customers. Very few players are actively online at the moment. Nobody is buying NX.

  My sympathies go out to all of those affected by this recent crisis. Had these hackers managed to delete my spirit weapon or my character, it would have been the end of a lengthy online career.
  
  The problem with reality is that good people will do terrible things under the guise of anonymity. I can only hope that the individuals responsible for this event face criminal charges, though I sincerely doubt that will ever happen.

  According to the Nexon forums it's affecting all servers. Alexina seems to have been hit the hardest.
  
  You should just assume that it's affecting all servers. Wouldn't want to risk your account if you're wrong.
