Honestly it's neck and neck for my favorite route.
Though it's interesting that the disabilities are in many ways, a sideshow -
Lilly's problem isn't her blindness, it's that she's forcing her to put up a facade of invulnerability and it's killing her. Hanako's problem isn't her burns, but the insecurity they lead to. Emi's problem isn't the lack of legs, but her relationship with her dad, etc.
Replayed all the act 1 endings. I personally feel like Shizune's act 1 ending had the greatest impact. Reminded me how much I unsated I was at the end of her act 1 beta a few years back.

I find Hisao to be oddly constructed as a character at times.
All wishy-washy but seems to act like he knows his stuff when dealing with the girls' problems, for one.
He felt the most natural with Lilly's and Rin's routes. My only complaint about the VN is Hisao develops a whole lot less as a character than the girls.

The only consistent character development I find from him is accepting his disabled condition and that he wants to be a science teacher at Yamaku.
Hisao really has different changes and views depending on the route he takes.
Shizune: He becomes godly master of learning languages at ridiculous speeds
Emi: Decides to become a science major and go to a University
Rin: Recognizes and reflects on how his disability changed him and how he isn't happy anymore
Lilly: THE GENTLEMAN
Hanako: Probably doesn't really have space to lament himself when someone vastly worse off than he is exists
But that makes him all the less of a solid character and more detached, imo.
But the devs really seem bent on making him take up Mutou's job. I'm trying to draw a contextual connection between the two.
Well, protagonists in VNs have trouble developing in the first place. Mostly because they're generally good friendly guy or nice douchebag in plot-oriented visual novels. And he doesn't really have any problems to solve aside from the ones caused by the heroine except for him coping with his condition.
Personally, I'm okay with him developing differently in each route. Your personality does greatly depend on the people you hang around with.
And now I finally 100%!

I 100%'d everything too! And not a moment too soon; today marks the one month anniversary of the release date.
I'm deeply touched by 4 Leaf Studios' efforts. So many themes to be reiterated, but the best is of course the overarching theme:

Aah, thanks for reminding me, I need to finish up Act 1.
I think i'm like halfway through Act 2 of Shizune's arc. Now that we get less of Misha, I actually find Shizune to be quite charming and her and Hisao together are really cute.

The artist for that drawing did it for four hours straight prior to the release of the full game @.@
Also, you have to read the final series of blog posts that one of the writers did after the game was released. Makes you all warm and fuzzy on the inside.
And of course their older blog posts shows you how much they cared, and how much they enjoyed working on it over the years.

That's what I'm doing at the moment.
Also +1 for releasing the soundtrack. So much in love with that.

So much yes. At first I was discouraged that there wasn't an OST, then I decided to look one last time.
I can't decide what my favorite track is. They're all very calming and lovely.

Besides Parity... (Points at signature)
Red Velvet is also good. So is Student Council.

Such a shame Red Velvet was used for only one scene... Which also showed how much they cared about making the atmosphere.
I can't really think of any tracks I liked that hasn't been mentioned before.
...Maybe the generic happy music? Oh, and the toy box song.
