I dunno if he's even getting one, but it'd be nice.
I'll start, ideas:
A new dodge (Obvious, hopefully Kay and Lann get the dodges switched around.)
More DMG output than fiona, by making him faster, or just give his weapons higher DMG, he is after all supposed to be high DPS (yes I know he is high DPS on paper).
Feel free to post your ideas.

I really like slip dash though, it fits with sword lann I think. I expect Kai to be more agile and flexible, so he should be handspringing out of the way. As for higher damage, perhaps give him an add on to an existing smash that also has invincibility frames, so that he can get some more damage and possibly a stun in while an attack comes in. Perhaps after Twin Blade (LLLR) add and attack that is similar to The Moonchopper's attack (where he spins while flipping through the air). Can even get the attack from defeating the Moonchopper if ya like.

Gliding Fury needs invincibility frames, and Slip Dash needs more invincibility frames. He should get a Triple Dash. He also needs higher damage, his speed is perfectly fine. And finally a higher critical rate. This is all he needs.

Perhaps a third fury? Blazing Fury would be kool, although this would affect Spear Lanns as well.
I would say having the Sword Lann skills ( Such as thousand Needles, Pummel Storm, and Double Crescent ) have either:
1. a higher %. Since an Evie's Firebolt at rank 6 gives a 73% boost while Thousand Needles only has a 27% boost.
and/or
2. A Critical hit Chance increase. This way, Sword Lanns can perform more Criticals, which may unleash more Furies.
Btw, I made that Blazing Fury name up XD. I thought seeing a trail of fire would have a nice effect right after a lightning fury.

A higher rank with Gliding Fury should affect the damage of Lightning Fury and Furious Seven. (And I do like the idea of a Blazing Fury).
SP should build up faster.
If the last Fury in a Furious Seven hits a critical you should be able to follow it up with a Gliding Fury>Lightning Fury>Blazing Fury

Sword Lann isnt DPS. There is nothing fast about dodging and attacking within small windows between the boss's attack.
I've had a few ideas:
) Infinite slip chain: Instead of going Slip > Nimble PAUSE *repeated* why not make it Slip > Nimble > Slip > Nimble *til stam reaches 0. This does NOT make him fully invincible, it just makes slip dash useful for 3 hits+ or long lasting hit frames.
)Removal of Lighting Fury: When Gliding fury crits, you can use Gliding fury again.
)Increase of weapon's critical: Lann is rediciously crit based its not even funny, yet it takes a lot fully enchanted gear to fully utilize critical. For some reason WILL and Critical hit dont show on the cirt #, and lann's attack is so low he really NEEDS crit to do damage.
)Gliding Fury is invincible: I rarely get to use lann's only damaging skill (quite literally ONLY) due to getting my face whacked whenever I use it. Needs to be invincible.
)Give Lann a boost in running speed permanently: I've never played a game where the DPS runs as fast as the tank and the giant. Literally any MMO there is gives the DPS guy a boost in movement speed.
)Buff Gust Sting or increase its charge rate: Does anyone even use this skill? Its output damage for the ammount of time you sit there doing nothing is really disappointing.

This.
Lann just needs the ability to endlessly use Lightning fury, spear Lann shouldn't get this, he already has two spam moves.

I was thinking about how that would work.
But then I realized, it would be more in character with Lann if he could instead pass through any enemy with both Gliding and Lightning Fury, just like how Furious Seven works. I really don't think adding invincibility to his Glides/Lightning is the way to go.
Other than that, I think sword Lann would be fine if they just doubled the distance of Nimble and increased the invincibility frames of Slip to cover a full Slip -> Nimble. Not a double distance for Slip, because the short distance of it actually helps to keep him next to a boss, but the distance that Slip -> Nimble covers isn't enough for a lot of attacks.
His damage for the most part is fine; I don't think buffing his DPS is the problem. More importantly, certain other classes need to have a damage nerf (especially spear Lann, they need to cap the AGI modifier for his smashes and even Furies if it isn't already).

I really like the continuous Slip Dash and Gliding Fury ideas. It would make better use of Double Crescent.
Although, we do need ideas for Spear Lanns as well. I feel they're a bit too basic. A normal Spear Lann is pretty much garbage compared to the other characters, if we were to consider all of them with normal stats. Of course any character would be good if we placed gears to compliment their needed stats, but not all of us can do that.

I think what would help a lot for Sword Lann is the removal or reduction of hit-slowdown (When you land a hit and you move slower, maybe to simulate your weapon slowing down as it moves through an enemy) and a decrease in Double Crescent Stamina usage.
I feel like Slipdash is for the most part fine at r6; sure it has its problems, but every defense mechanism has its problems. Perhaps an increase in distance moved to avoid the things it can't cover with invincibility; that would make it fantastic
Twin Edge and Thousand Needles need to have higher damage so as not to be useless; I think Twin Edge's full combo should do around the same damage as both hits of Bear Blower, if not a little more, but certainly not half, as it is now.
I always liked the idea of treating Lann as a 'hit half as hard but hit twice as often' character, and it rewards skillful play in the way of forcing the player to use high aggression.
I'm not really for giving GF/LF invincibility frames. I'd prefer a speed up in the start-up and ending animations. At low speeds, the ending animation makes me feel like I'm standing there for an eternity
Maybe a move speed buff for Berserker's Spirit?

Lower stam usage rate for all skills. That's my only input, seeing as everything good has been taken.
And no, I'm not QQing about how much stamina "fail" Lanns take up, I have zeal and berserker enchants on everything, with 150 max stamina.
