I'm not gay or Bi but I support them. I feel as if people should marry whoever they want despite their sex.
And you know what bothers me the most?
This
woman can marry the Eiffel Tower, but its wrong for men to marry men or women to marry women...that just baffles me.

Can someone explained to me how a spam topic became a self-indulgent and misplaced debate? If apply a bit of reading comprehension to the apparent incomprehensibility of the first post, you can clearly see that debating was clearly not in poor Emomutts intentions. First of all, the only guideline he posted was for the "Pro Gay," yet straight, to post. Many of you have already deviated from this rule by posted anti-gay rebuttals or by being gay yourself. Shame on you for breaking the rules. Secondly, no thesis was provided. The inception of this debate was most likely due to the less attentive posters associating the OP's usage of the word "Gay" with volatility and controversy, and they immediately derailed from the opening post. It's even more disheartening that moderators and experienced posters followed suit and joined in with this incorrect assumption. I suppose the topic never stood a chance in this community. Lastly, this topic is posted in the spam zone. Spam happens here, and debates happen in the debate section. Emomutt creates spam, not debates. How people could miss this is beyond me.
But alas, by posting this mini-rant, I've deviated from Emomutts guidelines. I suggest we all forget this vague squabble and go back to spamming, as the Emo lord hath intended.
Metrosexuals are not gay, but they act gay. I can only assume that they support gays, otherwise they wouldn't have adopted gay behavior. I wonder what they're like to gay men. Poseurs? Traps?

But the very fact that it is in the spam section means that the OP can be ignored outright and people can post whatever they wanted.
I could have quoted someone's wall of text and replied with: :ran_luigi:
Or I could have written my own wall of text.

If you don't like topics in the spam sections, you can avoid it. No one is forcing you to read it just like no one is forcing anyone to be straight or gay. It is interesting to have a discussion so take away the hostile feelings and enjoy. It would be a boring topic if everyone just says "ooo cool, pro gay" and just agree with end of discussion.

I see we miss the point of reading comprehension yet again. I have no problem topics in the spam section; I'm merely pointing out that you've ruined any comedic potential presented by Emomutt's posting topic with this tragic debate. If you must spew your opinions on these matters, please do it in the debate section. Just don't sully the enjoyment of the spam zone for others, such as Emomutt.

You've gotta admit that enjoyment of debates on Mabination is purely subjective. Some may find enjoyment in their participation. Others may feel the need to gouge out their own eyes while reading them. But the fact of the matter is, we can't have these debates derailing our spam threads. So please, be a little considerate and limit the posting of all volatile opinions to the debates section. Thank you.

Note that comedic potential is still here, you just have to post it. Notice I didn't even get involved in the debate :I

Also note that whatever comedic potential you may find is related to the topic, it better not be offensive.

Hey, guess whose job it is to tell people where they can and cannot post certain things? Not yours. It is not your place. Do NOT let me see you backseat modding again. Debates are bound to pop up in topics outside of the debate section from time to time and there is nothing wrong with that. It isn't against the rules. I don't want to see you telling people what to do again, please and thank you.
