The "Volcano of Love" parfait is being offered for 2,400yen ($30) and the smaller "Rocket of Love" is being offered for 850yen ($11).

Thats supposed to be part of the appeal, I think.
I saw a show that made the Hooters CEO pretend to be a new employee and work at multiple Hooters franchises. It was very interesting. The CEO believes Hooters should be a very family friendly dining experience and was shocked to see how the girls were working / being asked to work.

Yeah, that little parfait looks damn good. For the equivalent of $11, I would be more than happy to share it with a sweetheart. And if the Japanese Hooters are more "family-friendly" than the American restaurants, it may actually make a viable place to take your date to for desert.

I saw this show too. It was pretty interesting, they should bring it back. I think it was called like Undercover boss?
